The Damiani family has produced quality hay for over 100 years.  We compost the bedding hay and manure from our animals to fertilize our hay fields.  No commercial fertilizer is used on our farm.  Our quality organic hay also transmits a low percentage of simple sugars and digestible starch.  This type of hay is important to the health and well being of insulin resistant (IR) or diabetic horses and ponies.
